Something has gone wrong, so I quit. That’s an all to common occurrence. Have you ever talked to someone like this? You talk to them about an opportunity and all they do is think of all the things that can go wrong. This might be the biggest barrier to success I see on a regular basis. Thing is… they aren’t wrong, problems are going to come up. They aren’t usually going to be the problems you expect (which is why you shouldn’t worry about problems you don’t have) but they are going to come up in business and you are going to have to deal with them.
But you don’t care. You have the skills, the network, and the confidence in yourself that you will be able to deal with them when they do. You aren’t going to let what might go wrong stop you from succeeding. You aren’t going to worry about tomorrow’s problems today. You are going to figure out where you want to go and what you want to do and then you are going to get busy and do it!
This is why you are going to succeed… because you don’t care what might go wrong. You know that the only thing that can stop you is not starting in the first place, or giving up. And that’s not acceptable to you because you are and you will not let fear of failure, or any obstacle that gets in your path keep you from fulfilling your obligation to yourself and to the world to be the absolute best version of you and to provide as much benefit to the world as possible. You know the only way you can fail is if you quit.
And you refuse to quit.
Go out and CONQUER!
