So as you can see this was a fairly light day 🤪
But the thing I want to talk about is stacking similar tasks. As you can see I have 3 1-on-1 consulting calls in the same day. That’s not an accident, I try to batch them that way.
There are a few reasons for this, the first is that our minds just function better that way. Symmetry is beauty to the mind, the more symmetry we create, the better we will perform. The other is that the fulfillment of these 1-on-1 sessions is not an income producing activity (the sale of them was, the fulfillment is not) so by stacking them all in one day it allows me to just write off that day as far as income production is concerned and frees up other days fully.
That’s really what business, and Profiit are all about right? Generating more sales.
So even though there are some non revenue producing tasks every day, if you have a way to dump them all into a single day of the week you will get much better time optimization. Time/task management is something I will dig into more specifically in future broadcasts, but for today I thought you might get some benefit of seeing my day, and from the tip about task stacking.
What are some tasks in your week that you can stack into one day to make you more efficient?
Let me know in the Profiit Academy Facebook group.
Best,
Chris
