New Car!

Good Afternoon! Happy Sunday everyone.

I want to buy a new car!

Well not really. I am not a car guy, and I actually happen to like my little Toyota 86 quite a bit. But if I did want to buy a new car, or anything else with a hefty price tag, I would find a way to outsource the payment.

Picture just to break up the text… not actually trying to be a tool.

Let me explain.

One of the more accurate cliche’s in marketing is “The money is in the list”. Another common expression is “build your tribe”. Whatever you want to call it, it just means build an audience of people that know, like, and trust you because you give them some value.

So what does that have to do with buying a car or anything else? No matter what your income level is you are probably going to flinch from time to time when you go to make a big purchase… at least I, and other entrepreneurs do.

So when I am faced with a large personal expense, or desire… I find a way to generate that much cash to pay for it. This usually means coming up with a new product, service, or offer, and sending it out to my email list, Facebook groups, and other audiences.

That’s the bargain you make with your audience… you give them products, services, and value that improve their lives, and they give you money. So that means you have to do 2 things: Build a following/list/audience/tribe etc… Treat them well.

When people give you their time and attention, you have an obligation to give them the most value possible for that No matter what business you are in (or what toy you want to buy) this is the most important thing you can do.

Do you have an SEO Agency? Reach out to your clients and network and ask them to refer you someone.

Do you sell marketplace services somewhere like Legiit? Make sure to ask your customer’s for their info, then reach out to them when you need cash. Do you own something like a restaurant? Have them give you their email as part of a drawing for free dinner for a year (for example) in exchange for being able to send them weekly specials etc…

No matter what line of work you are in, I can find a way for you to leverage a list in order to grow your business or give you an influx of cash when you need it. Another easy example is Profiit Academy.

While Profiit Academy is a low dollar offer right now… there is a good chance that most of you ended up here through an email I sent. We will talk more about building a customer list in future dispatches.

But for now I would like to know… Do you have a list/audience? Are you working on building it? What can you offer your list that will be of value to them, and it turn Profiit to you? What are you looking to buy? 😁 Let me know in the Profiit Academy Facebook group or by replying to this email.

Talk to you tomorrow

Best,
