Good… Evening?
Nearly 1am counts as evening I guess?
Apologies that this is so late.
I have had a hectic couple of days with moving and some other things that have come up.
But I wanted to make sure I got this out to you today. because that’s the commitment I have made to you.
Commitment seems to be a bit of a lost virtue for the most part.
People make commitments without any intention of keeping them; or if there is an intention they will allow the smallest excuse to have them break it.
So how does any of this apply to business and Profiit?
Well there is literally nothing you can do that will engender trust is a client/customer more than telling them you will do something and then doing it.
If you want to keep clients for years and years this is the way to do it.
Oh and it also happens to have the added benefit of being the right thing to do. So there’s that too.
So figure out what you can commit to, commit to it, then get it done.
Your clients will thank you, your Profiits will thank you, and karma will thank you.
