Endgame

Good Morning!

So today I want to talk about what may be the single most important thing you can know in your business. What I like to call “your endgame” (no not that endgame) Different people call it different things. Russell Brunson calls it “Your one thing” Sam Ovens calls it “your northstar” but whatever label you place on it, it means the long term goal for your business. Without this you are just aimlessly going from month to month just trying to make more money than last month, with no real direction.

If you have one long term goal you can then use that to reverse engineer a set of principles for your business, and use that to inform every decision you make. Once you have that, everything you do should be in service of that goal to some degree. So you may be wondering… how do I figure out what my endgame is? Well the easy answer is… its different for everyone. Of course that’s not helpful, so here are some things to consider.

Look at where you are and what you are doing now. Can you see yourself still doing that in 5 years? 10? 25? If the answer is no, then you are probably not working towards a long term goal. Is what you are doing now sustainable for the long term? Does what you are doing now satisfy you, more than just financially? If so is it really worth spending the next 25+ years being miserable just to scratch out a living?

What is important to you? Is it taking care of yourself and your family? Is it buying cars/houses/vacations? Is it helping people? Leaving a legacy? Etc… Those are just a few things to consider as you ponder this.

My endgame has a couple of forks to it I want to improve the world for everyone in it and through my actions and decisions leave the world a better place than I found it. I want to empower as many people as possible to have the freedom to do work they enjoy with a comfortable, sustainable living, while also helping others do the same.

Not The Endgame I am Talking About BTW

The way this applies to my businesses right now is:

Legiit – I want to make Legiit to revolutionize digital services and skill based work the way that Amazon has revolutionized eCommerce. Simply put I want it to the be the Amazon of digital services.

I want Superstar SEO to enable as many businesses as possible to utilize digital technology to grow and be able to offer their products and services to as many people as possible.

I want Superstar Academy and Profiit Academy to enable as many people as possible to learn the skills they need in order to help as many businesses as possible offer their products and services to the world.

So that’s kind of my endgame. It evolves over time but the overall endgame is “Make the world better for everyone”. So I hope that was helpful and makes sense… I think this is the single most important thing you could ever know for your business and your life.

Do you have an endgame of your own? If so what is it? If not how can I and the rest of Profiit Academy help?

Let me know in the Profiit Academy Facebook group.

Best,
