Don’t Starve Yourself
Internet marketing is probably the most amazing career field you can go into.
There are so many opportunities, and so many different ways to make a living.
Off the top of my head there are:
- Affiliate Marketing
- Digital Marketing Agency
That’s just off the top of my head. Some of those have sub opportunities too… Ads, Amazon, Rank and Rent and on and on. Its really an a amazing time to be alive and be doing what we all do, I hope you all appreciate this opportunity. This can also be a bit of a curse too. Some many options for career path, and so many cool tools, and other toys often lead to people doing a little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing.
(The post below made me think about this… I hid the person and groups info because I didn’t want it to seem like I was making fun of someone for something we all do)
People will either get overwhelmed by analysis paralysis… or they get addicted to the hit of dopamine they get from trying a new thing, or learning a new thing that they have thousands of dollars of software and courses on their hard drive, but have never made a sale, or at least not as many as they could have.
(Again I am certainly guilty of this)
The reality is the people that succeed are the people that just get 💩 done. They pick a business model, get the bare minimum of stuff they need, and just start making calls, or messages or whatever. They don’t site around posting in Facebook groups deciding which scheduling tool to use when they don’t have anything to schedule. So if this is resonating with you… knock it the EFF off! Pick your model, get the 1-2 pieces you need and just get started. It doesn’t mean you are committed to it forever, but you should give it an honest effort.
Don’t go hungry because you spent so much time looking at the menu, that you forgot to eat.
